Also the first time I used a food processor to make my pie crust. It mostly worked out. Also a new crust recipe, so I didn't want to futz with it too much. I didn't get enough water in the dough because of that. Made it a little harder to roll than I wanted. But the food processor part? Definite success. Should make my pie nights much easier when I start them again.
Pie could have used more beef flavor, but overall was pretty good. I might throw in some bullion if I use this recipe again.
