Speaking of goals

I forgot to write up my goal:

I commit to 1 hour of cardio three time per week so that I can weigh 185 lbs. or less by the end of the semester.

Did I mention that the doctor weighed me at 204? That ties with the highest weight I've ever been.

My ultimate goal is to be 175 or less by the end of the school year.

    Turns out my insurance is cut off at midnight tonight, not the end of the month. In a way, that's a good thing. Now I'll move my appointment…

  • Home from the cruise, off to Sunnyvale

    A week off, but tomorrow I head to the home office for a week there.
