	Pie Night
	Okay. Pie Night didn't suck. Pies: Blackberry, raspberry, apple, and mango-cream. Additional savory pies brought by Leslie. People: Jason, Kim, Manda, Leslie, Keenan, Michelle, Melissa, Billy, Amanda, Deirdre, Raven, Dawn, Deanna, Josh, Aaron. Mighta missed someone.

Have you tried the mango-cream yet? Don't eat it all. I'll be sad if you do.

Three pieces of the mango-cream eaten. It never did set, so it's more like mango-cream pudding in a pie shell. I'll have to figure out what I did wrong. Tastes good though. I'm saving a bunch for you, so we'll have some tomorrow.

I'm all sorts of down with mango pudding in a pie shell. I had sort of hoped you'd give up on waiting for it. I'm not big on patience with such things.
This is why I don't bake much. ;)

Oh and my pies were:
Beef Pot Pie:potatoes, turnips, carrots, onions, and the lovely beef which I stewed for a couple hours with dried cherries, garlic, cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon, spices from my garden and a half bottle of red wine adding water as needed.
Ham Potato Leek Spinach Pie: Yeah what it says, only I made a (I use the term loosely) bechamel sauce for the sauce.

Veggie Pie: Spinach, egg, onion, potato, bechamel sauce.
