Saw Crash yesterday with Beth & Jason. Essentially the movie is a series of vignettes about racism with an ensemble cast. The characters all touch each other's lives through some sort of coincidence. I think the use of the interconnected coincidence distracted from the movie. Think Pulp Fiction or Go. Only in a movie that is supposed to have a moral purpose rather than just tell a fun story like those other two movies. But other than that I generally liked the movie. The acting was great. In the movie, every character does something out of prejudice. And for humor, they have Chris Bridges go on a long diatribe about mumbling black rappers being tools of the white man.
