Back spasms

Dr. Mulia says I am having back spams. Ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer if I want it. Turned the latter down. Now I am under doctor's orders to work out to strengthen my back starting next week.

Also, I have my annual physical scheduled for 2 weeks hence. Last one was August-ish 2003. Had to sign all the waivers saying I understand I am getting an AIDs test and I could die or something equally bad. Not really sure, as I didn't read the damn thing.
