So I finally will become an actual lead here. I've been one in title since March, but because my group was low on the priority list my open head count wasn't filled until recently. The person I am getting I haven't ever talked to though. It's one of the new college hires that they just allocate to different groups that need people. He starts August 12th. I am hoping that will mean that shortly afterwords I can start actually making some headway against my task list for the project I am on. I am falling behind because there is too much to do and not enough bodies.
