Back & Bed

One other thing to mention about my bed. I've had a knot in my lower back for a couple of months now. And on Saturday I had another knot below my left shoulder blade where I tense up when I am nervous. And I was really nervous cause I was on a date. I figured the second knot would go away with a good night's sleep, but shockingly so did the other knot. Gone. And that one was worse. Felt like I tore a muscle slightly or something. That's how good my new bed is.
