If I don't eat in the morning, I frequently will lose my vision in the afternoon. I see white spots and have only peripheral vision left. Like today for instance. The café did not open, so there was no food at the office and I didn't eat. Didn't even have calories in the form of pop. Just tea to warm myself up. Then around 3:30 p.m. it happened. White spots appeared. I quickly downed about 350 calories worth of chocolate milk. That seemed to do the trick, but I still spent 45 minutes barely able to see.
