Have the fixings for 2 peach pies, 1 pear pie, 1 strawberry rhubarb pie, 1 blackberry pie, and 1 apple cheddar pie. And if that turns out to not be enough, I can make a pumpkin pie.
Also, one of the pies will be non-dairy (i.e., made using shortening instead of butter).
Just a little bit of cleaning left, and then I start making pie around 4. Doors open at 6. (Though I don't mind if people show up early.)
