Cooking

Broccoli and stilton soup

Onion and leek, chopped and cooked in a couple of tablespoons of butter.
Broccoli and potato and 2½ cups vegetable stock.
Cooked for 20 minutes.
Pureed in the blender.
Add a cup+ of milk and 3 tablespoons of cream. Cook for a few minutes.
Add stilton. Cook til it melts.

It was very good.
