I bought a Creative Zen V MP3 player. It includes Zencast, a podcast client that integrates with the player. I haven't found any other simple way to manage podcasts that integrates with the player.

Problem is, the Zencast application sees fit to modify my Firefox preferences every time it loads up, and I can't find a way to stop this application from doing so. I am finding this very irritating.

Took advantage of zencast stupidity

I tricked the Zencast application.

It's parsing of Firefox preferences is stupid. If I remove the preference from the file, it adds the preference back in. But if I just comment out the preference, it still thinks the preference is valid and doesn't update it.
