Mole-Style Pork Chops

Since you all asked. Okay, well since Deirdre asked. And she's cute, so I do what she says.

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon unsweetenened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile peppers
½ teaspoon salt
4 six ounce pork chops, about ½ inch thick

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Rub evenly over both sides of pork.
Lightly coat pork with cooking spray.
