Useless question of the day: why are flour and sugar sold by weight, but you use them in cooking vy volume?
For once, the baking for Pie Night™ is going smoothly. The first two pies are in the oven. I think these two will be my best pies ever. The apple is my standard cheddar-apple pie, but I tried something new with the peach pie. Either it's going to work really well, or really badly.
The next two are blueberry and raspberry pies. I'll probably pop them into the oven around 1:30. Looking like I'll be bringing the pies to Jason's around 3 or 3:30.
Also a reminder to people: beverages, ice cream & whipped cream are welcome. As are plastic forks.
