Cell phone

I lost my cell phone on New Year's Eve. I think I left it in the rental car. Just got around to calling Qwest to get it replaced. So I should be reachable at all hours again.

Actually, I should note my cell phone philosophy. I have one for my convenience, not yours. There are only two people whose numbers showing up on the caller ID will cause me to make a point to answer. Everyone else I may or may not answer. I got the phone originally so I could step out of the office and do phone interviews without using the company phone. That was two jobs ago. I kept it because I want to make use of commute time to take care of my phone calls. Yep, I'm one of those people who will use the cell phone on a bus, annoying everyone else. Sorry, I never viewed the social compact as including freedom from hearing people talk. No, I don't use it in theaters or performances. But on the bus, or outside? Deal. And if I don't answer your phone call at all hours? Deal. If it's really that damn important you'll know my work number. Or I'll call you back after I've heard your voice message.
