i've realized what the significance of flowers or little gifts are. it's not the permanence of the gift, it's the fact that you are showing somebody that you were thinking of them while they were not around. and to be thought about in a kind manner makes people feel special and important.
Just cause it had to be repeated and put up somewhere just a little more important than a comment.
