Reminder, Pie Night™ next Sunday

Once again, we bring you Pie Night™. This time the twist is that I am not hosting! Too many people to fit in my place. So instead I have enlisted the help of aaminahlefae and her lovely roommates djxavier13, and ladylygeia, who have graciously allowed the use of their lovely home on the top of Queen Anne. The rules are simple, show up at their house on Sunday, March 30th, anytime between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Bring pie if you like. I will be making a mess of pies. You will eat the pie. You will socialize. Then we will all do the hokey pokey. I'm serious about that part.

I need a count so I can figure out how many pies to make. Last time I had over 30 people in my apartment. I buy all the materials for the pie on the night before. So everyone just showing up at the last minute means not enough pie. R.S.V.P. here with a comment, via email, or on similar announcements to on the crack bored and Michelle's journal.

The details:

Who?You, if you RSVP! Bring friends if you like (give me a count in your RSVP). Don't be afraid to come just because you may not know me too well. We'll make sure you aren't left out.
What?Pie Night™
Where?818 W. Armour St., Seattle map

Why?Because I like pie. And I like socializing. I really don't care why you come!

I don't plan to delete my LJ (I paid for permanent status, dammit), but this will be the last post. I don't plan to read it anymore, either…

  • Unemployed

Turns out my insurance is cut off at midnight tonight, not the end of the month. In a way, that's a good thing. Now I'll move my appointment…

  • Home from the cruise, off to Sunnyvale

A week off, but tomorrow I head to the home office for a week there.
